OrcaBPO is in line with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the US-Swiss Privacy Shield (Privacy Shield) framework. OrcaBPO is responsible for processing the personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield and then transfers it to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.
