This Technology Privacy Statement (“Statement”) explains how OrcaBPO, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“OrcaBPO,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses and shares your information when you install or use a mobile application or visit a mobile website that utilizes our services, including our mobile advertising platform, any of our software development kits, technology, content personalization product, and related services (“Service”). THE WAY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA & THE DATA WE COLLECT

A. How We Collect Data

We collect data via our Service, which uses technologies such as our software development kit installed in apps and using ad tags or cookies. Cookies are small files sent on your device when you visit a web site.A cookie enables the site to store your preferences. A tag, pixel or tag is a code used for tracking.We use cookies, tags, JavaScript tags, pixels or other similar technologies provided by advertisers or us to collect data while using Applications or interact with ads that integrate our technology.

B. Data We Collect Through Our Service

Our Service allows mobile applications that use our Service to display advertising and content from advertisers that is targeted to your interests.When you download a mobile application which uses our Service (each, an "Application"), we may automatically gather certain information from your device on a regular basis, including the following:

Device identifiers: Unique device identifier, such as Android Advertising ID, IOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), device serial number (IMEI), MAC address, Android ID, or a OrcaBPO -generated ID;

Information about your device: Such as device makes and model, mobile web browser type and version, and IP address;

Log information: Such as the Application name, cookie information, time zone, and other technical data about your use of your device;

Ad performance and your response: Data about the ad served and how you respond to the ad;

Non-personal data: This non-personal data may concern you or your interests, such as demographic information, including a designated marketing zone or location, or a list of mobile applications on your device; and

Encrypted or hashed email or phone number: If permitted, the hashed or encrypted values of your email address and phone number.We chop or encrypt this information on your device before we collect it, so we never collect your actual raw email address or phone number.We will keep this information in hashed or encrypted form and will not try to re-identify it but can compare it with other hashed values.

Personal and Other Information: With your permission, we may collect browsing activities such as the list of websites visited, precise geo-location information, postal code, and other information that may be considered personal data in your jurisdiction.

Bluetooth Beacon Data: If you have Bluetooth enabled and are approaching a beacon, data on your location and device may be collected.

When you install an App that uses our Service, you may also allow the App to collect certain types of information.We do not control this process, which is generally run through your mobile operating system (e.g., Android or Apple IOS). Depending on the permissions you grant, we may collect part or all of the information an App collects.

Your operating system may permit you to restrict the collection of some of these values.

C. Data You Volunteer Through an Ad

Whenever you provide personal or non-personal information through an advertisement, including, but not limited to your name, email, or phone number, to sign up for purposes specified in the ad, such as direct marketing, OrcaBPO will share the information you give to the advertiser.The data you volunteer by means of an ad will not be hashed or encrypted before it is sent so that the advertiser can access it.

For such ads, OrcaBPO will ask the advertiser to provide its privacy statement in the ad. OrcaBPO is not liable for the content of the advertiser's privacy policy, the use of your personal information by the advertiser or any communication with you based upon the data you volunteer. We encourage you to read the advertiser's privacy statement before providing your data to any advertiser via an ad.

D. Notice of Data Collection

We require that app publishers notify end-users of our collection, use and sharing of end-user information through the Service.However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of an App and have no control over how the editor of an App collects, uses, or shares your information. For further information on how an Application collects, uses or shares your information, please refer to the privacy policy of the applicable Application.

E. Data Collected from Other Sources

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine it with the information we gather through our Service or Web Site.For instance, we may collect demographic or interest-based information from other businesses and combine it with the information we collect through the Service for interest-based advertising purposes, fraud detection or information gathered on our website to send you customized marketing communications.

F. Third Party Analytics

We use third-party analysis providers who may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of our website, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages and links clicked.

G. Cookie Policy

When we display ads on mobile websites, we create cookies for the purpose of advertising and opt-out.We contract with our partners to ensure that they do not alter or interfere with the technologies we provide, including cookies.A cookie is a small text file that a browser stores on a user's computer for the purpose of recordkeeping and future recognition of that user's computer by the server that placed the cookie. The OrcaBPO tracking cookie contains a single value (a series of letters, numbers and characters) and can contain further information.

We request our partner sites to notify Users of their privacy and information collection practices,including whether or not the website engages with third parties such as OrcaBPO to collect and use data for advertising purposes, and a means of denying the use of this data for OrcaBPO's targeted advertising purposes.

OrcaBPO discloses the information collected by our technology on a limited basis, including the following:
• We share the information we collect with our advertising partners in order for them to provide relevant online advertising to users.We contractually require our advertising partners not to transfer this information to anyone else, not to amalgamate it with the names of the users, email addresses or other information that directly identifies them, and do not use such data beyond a specified period of time.
• We may provide our partner websites and advertising partners with access to reports that consolidate information about the ads presented by the OrcaBPO system.The information contained in these reports identifies no one personally.
• We may also disclose to third parties the information we gather using our technology when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to do so in response to legal process, protect and defend the rights or property of the estate, prevent fraud or in case of imminent danger,or in the case of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of OrcaBPO's assets.

Does OrcaBPO sell my personal data to others?

OrcaBPO may sell your personal information to third parties, unless you have the right to refuse to sell it.

How long do you keep the data you collect?

We typically maintain demographic information (e.g., area code, city, gender, age) obtained from our data partners for up to five years. After five years, demographic information is discarded.

We store search terms and segment categories for up to 5 years. After 5 years, search terms and segment categories are discarded.

What are your security practices?

The safety of the information gathered by OrcaBPO's technology is important to us. The information collected by the OrcaBPO system is stored in databases stored in a secure data center in the USA. Both Physical and Internet access are strictly protected and restricted. Access is limited to authorized individuals. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure though.As a result, while we endeavor to use commercially acceptable means to protect the information we collect, we cannot guarantee its absolute safety.

How do I refuse to accept OrcaBPO advertising?

If you choose to opt-out, we will place a OrcaBPO opt-out cookie on your browser and no longer authorize the use of the information we collect to be used for interest-based advertising purposes on the browser where you opt out.

Furthermore, your mobile device gives you the option to refuse the use of the information about the use of your mobile application collected by our data partners to present advertising that is more likely to be of interest to you.For IOS devices, you can opt out of such a collection by enabling the "Limit Ad Tracking" flag in the Advertising sub-section of the Privacy section of your Settings. For Android devices, click "Opt-out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt-out of Ads Personalization" in the Ads section of the Google Settings application.

Please note that each opt-out is unique to the browser or device in which it is performed, and you will need to repeat these processes on each browser or device where you wish to opt out.

We use non-personal information to facilitate an association between devices.We or our third-party vendors analyze the device activity data using a mathematical tool known as a "probabilistic algorithm" to determine whether you have interacted with content across multiple devices and to match such devices.Within the framework of this analysis, we can rely on information that is not personally identifiable (including demographic, geographic and interest-based data) from third parties such as data providers, in accordance with their respective privacy policies or we may use non-personally identifiable information that we collect together with such third party data. Based on this information, we may then display targeted advertisements on devices we believe to be associated and may provide additional services to our advertisers, such as tools, analytics, data and information to see how their website or mobile applications are used and to enable the display of ads aimed at you, including your devices.Our advertisers may also provide us with deterministic information about you that can be used to complement our probabilistic information.Based on this data, we and/or our customers may then display targeted ads on linked devices and may provide other services to our advertisers such as tools, analyses, data and insights to see how their website or mobile apps are being used and to allow more targeting and analytics between devices.To restrict our use of certain multi-device data, you may unsubscribe as described in this section or the section below.

If you reside in California, pursuant to the CCPA, or have similar legal rights in your jurisdiction, you have specific rights regarding your personal information.This section explains what rights you have and how to exercise them.

Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed or Sold: You may request that OrcaBPO disclose certain information about our collection, use, disclosure or sale of your personal information to you.Once your verifiable consumer application has been received and confirmed (see Exercising Access, and Deletion Rights), and Subject to the limitations we set out below, we will disclose this information to you. You have every right to ask for all or part of the following:
• Categories of personal information that we have collected on you.
• Categories of sources from which personal information originates.
• For commercial purposes for the purpose of collecting or selling personal information.
• The categories of third parties with which we share such personal information.
• Personal information that we have collected on you.

Right to Request Deletion: You are entitled to request that OrcaBPO remove any personal information we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.Once we have received and confirmed your verifiable consumer request (see Exercise Access and Removal Rights), we will remove (and manage our service providers to delete) your personal data from our files. However, we may keep personal information that has been consolidated. Additionally, we may refuse your request for deletion if retention of information is required for us or our service providers in order to perform certain actions set forth under CCPA, such as safety incident detection and protection as an illegal activity.

Only you, or any person or business entity registered with the Secretary of State of California, may act on your behalf (an “authorized agent”), may file the above applications. You may also file an application on behalf of your minor child.

The application must include your contact information and describe your application in sufficient detail to allow us to clearly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. In addition, you should provide sufficient information including cookie ID and/or Mobile Advertising ID that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected the personal information or an authorized representative.

We will respond to the demands of consumers within a reasonable timeframe. If we need additional time to answer, we will let you know the reason and extension period in writing.

To safeguard the security of your privacy,we will not grant a request if we cannot verify your identity or your authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information pertains to you.The method of authenticating you will depend on the nature of the request.Overall, the verification will be done by matching the identification information provided by you to the personal information we already have.

Any disclosure provided by us will precede receipt of your request. We are not responsible for providing the above information under. “Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed or Sold”.

We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your auditable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded.If we determine that the application justifies a fee, we will tell you why we made this decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights: You are allowed to tell us not to sell your personal information at all times (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell consumer information that we know is under the age of 16 unless we receive positive consent (the "right to opt-in") from the consumer who is at least 13 years old and under 16 years old, or the father or mother or guardian of a consumer who is under 13 years old.

Non-Discrimination: We shall not discriminate against you for the exercise of your rights under the CCPA, including:
